Here are the stats for the real estate market in and around Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. These stats are for residential properties along with vacant land. They include the price ranges for new listings, pending sales, closed properties and prices changes.

We are still seeing home going into bidding wars if they are priced right when they first hit the market. If a home is not priced right or does not show well, it will sit on the market.
