Did you know that I give back 25% of my commission at closing to local Heroes. *Up to $2,500.

IF you are Purchasing or Selling a home? And if you use me as your Realtor® I will give you back 25% of my commission at closing if you are any of the following: Active Military, Veteran, School Teacher, Law Enforcement, Fireman, Health Care Worker, EMT.

For a purchase-This is done as a credit and must be written in the purchase and sales agreement.

For a sale- I just charge a lesser amount for the commission when we sign the Sellers Representation.
