North Idaho Real Estate Market Stats Update

Here is an Update Market Stats for the North Idaho Real Estate Market for the week of December 14-21, 2020. These stats are for homes and vacant land around the Coeur d’ Alene Idaho region. It is currently a seller’s market and the inventory is very low. If you are looking to sell it is a great time! If you are looking to purchase be prepared to get into bidding wars. Most homes are receiving multiple offers in the first few days (and even hours) they are on the market.
